The sports activities take place either on the football pitch or in the school hall for those children that prefer sports and games.

David Stinson Theatre School runs fun and active full-day holiday clubs in Blackheath SE3 for children in Reception to Year 6. Each day is packed with exciting activities like dance, singing, acting, arts and crafts, outdoor games, and mindfulness – all suitable for every ability level. We also run a Sports & Athletics Club at the same time. If your child ever wants to switch things up during the day or later in the week, they can just let one of our friendly staff know – we’ll sort it out for them (no extra cost)! Each club is led by qualified teachers and assistants, ensuring personal attention. Musical performances are filmed and shared with parents. Our clubs are a fun way for kids to build creativity and confidence. Watch their imaginations come to life!

Holiday Club - Important Information
Please read the following information before booking:
Drop-Off
Drop-off is between 8:00am and 9:00am and is included free of charge. Please ensure your child arrives by 9:00am. On arrival, press the intercom at the school gate and follow the signs to our Front Desk. Free parking is available on site. Parents and carers can leave their car in our car park and walk to Blackheath Station, which is a 5 minute walk from the school.
Collection
Standard collection is between 3:00pm and 3:30pm. Please report to the Front Desk and provide your child’s name to a member of staff.
Any child remaining with us after 3:30pm will automatically be charged for Extended Day, regardless of whether this was booked in advance.
Extended Day – 3:30pm to 6:00pm
Extended Day is available for an additional £12 per child, per day and can be selected when booking or added on the day.
Children must be collected by 6:00pm. A late collection charge of £5 for every 15 minutes, or part thereof, after 6:00pm will apply.
Bookings & Activities
All Holiday Club bookings must be made through this online booking system.
Children can choose from the activities available during the day. If your child would like to take part in sports, they simply line up in the sports line after registration when asked which activities they would like to participate in.
SEND & Additional Support
Please tell us during booking if your child has SEND, a disability, medical condition or requires additional support.
We want our Holiday Clubs to be as inclusive as possible. However, for the safety and wellbeing of all children in our care, we must be realistic about the level of support our staffing arrangements can safely provide.
Where a child requires dedicated 1-to-1 support in order to participate safely and successfully, an additional charge will apply to cover the cost of providing a 1-to-1 member of staff. This will be discussed with the parent/carer before attendance and is subject to staffing availability.
What to Bring

We are unable to heat food and operate a strict NO NUTS policy due to allergies.
Performances
Where performances take place, these may be filmed and shared securely with parents/carers via a private YouTube link.
Tax-Free Childcare
As an independent theatre school, we do not currently accept Tax-Free Childcare. Payments must be made through our booking system.
Parking & Lost Property: David Stinson Theatre School and St Matthew Academy accept no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to vehicles or belongings while on site, and all items are left at the owner’s own risk.
